Just stop and be still.

It is good to question our busyness.

Busyness is a trap because there is no specific end to it all- and because of this our busyness can never end.

The photographs are of St Paul's in London and the Carfax tower in Oxford.

Activity must always be directed at the achievement of a finite and objective goal. How else will we know when to stop?
