Luck Theory.

Is it possible to be lucky by design or is the question absurd?

One thing is sure, ‘luck’ is believed in more by women than by men.

I take a walk in London to see if I can find some answers there. Both photos are of human attempts to find luck through architecture. The black doors are from a City church and the stone egg and the water feature are a Feng Shui feature outside a Waitrose supermarket. Human beings all over the world try to manage luck while claiming to believe this is impossible.

Some people do seem to be luckier than others. Why? Is there some secret science behind it all or is it just... luck?

I hold that luck can be changed without magic candles or voodoo. Positive thinking does help but only marginally. If we meet people, smile, walk around, and are open to what life offers. We might be surprised how ‘lucky’ we become!

Strangely, architecture does help a little. If we believe God has good things for us we will be more open to opportunity, The harmony of Feng Shui also does something similar.

I wish you luck in your search.
