This is St Magnus who is something of a celebrity in the City even though it is claimed that nothing is known about him. This is quite common here. We have statues commemorating- apparently nothing. St Magnus is simply one of the strange fixtures that are just there because he is there. Apparently he sunk a boat with a magical storm- or maybe not. Maybe he never existed at all.
He is a scary dude with a row of skulls at his feet- so I made him the Saint of victory.
