Slow cooking.

Cheap, filling healthy and hot. Slow cooking uses the cheaper cuts of meat and the uglier vegetables.

Slow cooking is not truly a source of income but it is the next best thing- a means to save time and money at the same time.

We should not over complicate things. All we need is to buy a casserole dish, throw some low quality meat, some spices and some beans (pre-soaked) plus vegetables, water and some spices into dish and then cook it very slowly in an oven.

It is as easy to cook a gallon as a pint so you may as well cook in bulk.

It is an energy efficient, and generally healthy way to cook.

Enjoy.

On a slow cooked casserole it is possible to walk for miles.
