A Tidy Corpse. v1.0

One morning I found the public squares of the City strewn with over-sized cigarettes.

It was not a public health campaign. It was a warning that anyone dropping a cigarette end could be fined £80 for doing so. The City wants to present itself as a tidy and ordered place. It matters little if we smoke or not- provided we remain tidy as we do so.
