Own Nothing.

Let us look at the life cycle of a posession. A posession is purchaced (enotional high). The posession must be protected and maintained and worried about (emotional cost). The item breaks or is stolen (further emotional cost). This is releived by further purchaces.

Buddists call this the 'cycle of suffering' and I agree.

The more you own, the more you are owned.
