Shaking hands with the Devil.

The Crossbones graveyard, Yikes!

Death, love and money have always been neighbors.

Zombies in coffee shops. How civilized.

Not everything is explained by economics. Halloween was celebrated in the City with a shuffle of Zombie girls. I met this lady in a coffee shop where she was drinking coffee through a straw to avoid smudging her make-up.

Economics cannot really explain this, although Game can fill the gaps. Zombie Girls can grab at passing men without being called sluts- it is what Zombies do.

To add a further touch of Hollywood  there were troops on the streets searching for bombs. This was ahead of some military marching bands that were to play later that evening. Bankers were calling from the pavement cafes 'they are over there!' and pointing to the Zombie girls.

By coincidence I had my lunch in the gardens of Southwark Cathedral. If you look closely it is covered with Gargoyles. Human beings need to shake hands with the devil from time to time so that they no longer fear death. It has been going on for a long time.
