Blue Stilton

Some luxury is permissible. I always have a Stilton and a bottle of port at Christmas.

My Stilton generally comes in a china pot that adds to the occasion somehow and is useful as a pen pot or as a place to store change.

Stilton may also go a long way if we stir it into pasta as a tasty but cheap snack.


We may also add to the sense of occasion buy buying our cheese some place that we do not normally shop for food such as this cheese shop in the Piccadilly area.
