I will develop five cheap but delicious recipes and use them all the time.
- I will become a slow cooker expert.
- I will use up the rice I bought as prepping supplies. This was useful when I bought it but I have to be careful of my blood sugar now. Once I have done this I will fill my Kilner jars with lentils which have lower carbohydrate content.
The focus is on eating well and cheaply.
