Hypnotic, dangerious and fun.

How much time should we spend on loyalty points? They can be fun and addictive to the right person because there are so many ways to game the system. Unfortunately they can also tempt us into unwise purchases and can turn us into loyalty points nerds.

My own favourites are a head for points and shopper points. Both are UK oriented and clearly full time jobs for their creators. I have to exercise a certain discipline with them so that loyalty points do not become a full time job for me as well.

The first photograph is from Jermyn street in London, a place of no loyalty points but a unique atmosphere. The second is from the Bullring in Birmingham within which almost every shop offers points.
I have set up a RSS feed from a head for points and shopper points so you may read if from here.
