Bolognese.

In order to say we can cook we need only master five dishes and then rotate them with variations.

The photographs (for no particular reason) show some London restaurants and retro adverts on an abandoned factory in Birmingham. Enjoy.

Bolognese is delicious and easy to make, particularly if you use a supermarket Bolognese sauce.

It is also a good way to get rid of unwanted scraps. peas, carrots and lentils may all be used to stretch your mincemeat. It was originally a peasant dish, remember.

If you have any left over then pop it in the freezer for some other time.
